Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

SIRISE LLC operates AloLakay, a service for sending mobile airtime and data top-ups to recipients in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our app and related services. Contact us at support@alolakay.com.

Information we handle

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, process payments, deliver top-ups, recover interrupted orders, provide transaction results and support, prevent fraud and duplicate transactions, maintain service reliability, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who receives information

Information is shared as needed with Google Firebase for authentication; Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention; Reloadly and the recipient's telecommunications operator for top-up delivery; and our hosting provider, Namecheap, for running the website and API. Support communications are handled through our email service. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. If the business is transferred, information may be transferred with it, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice. We do not sell personal information.

Provider privacy information: Firebase, Stripe, Reloadly, and Namecheap.

Storage, retention and security

Account information is stored through Firebase. Order and fulfillment records are stored on our server. The app stores session information and pending-order references on your device so you can stay signed in and recover interrupted payments. We use HTTPS for service requests and restrict access to service credentials.

Account information is retained while your account remains active. Transaction and support records are retained as needed for fulfillment, reconciliation, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Records no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymized. Account deletion does not automatically erase records that must be retained for these purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and account deletion

You can deny or revoke contacts permission in device settings and enter the recipient number manually. You can sign out or request a password reset from the app.

To delete your sign-in account, open My account → Delete my account in AloLakay and follow the confirmation steps. Deleting an account does not cancel an existing payment or top-up.

To request account and associated-data deletion without using the app, email support@alolakay.com with the subject AloLakay account and data deletion from your account email address. Include your account email and your request. Do not send passwords or full card details. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. We will explain any information retained for legal, payment-dispute or fraud-prevention obligations.

You may also contact us to request access to or correction of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and identity verification.

International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Recipient information is also sent to providers serving Haiti or the Dominican Republic to deliver the requested top-up. Privacy protections may differ between countries.

Children

AloLakay is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address the request.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or other appropriate means.
